• 1.Why is Koogeek doing VIP Club program?

  VIP Club program is the main way we engage with fans to learn how we can do better. So that we hope we can strive to design our products from a consumer perspective with a commitment to continuous improvement. The feedback from VIP users can help us to better gauge market response and get a head start on any areas that might need improvement.

• 2.What are the Program benefits?

  Once you become the VIP user, you have the opportunity to regularly receive the big discount. experience new products in advance and test pre-release products. More other VIP privileges will be released soon.

• 3.Who is eligible to apply as a VIP user?

  For now, this program is open only to those who live in United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Italy, Spain, France, Germany and Japan. Please stay tuned as we will open this program for the rest of the world.

• 4.How do I apply for the VIP user?

  Apply through our website by filling out the application form. Once we have reviewed your application, you will receive an email promptly notifying you if you have been selected.

  If you have bought our products on Amazon before, filling out your order number when you apply will have more chance to be selected.

• 5.What are the VIP users responsibilities?

  VIP users are expected to test and provide detailed and unbiased feedback on the product within 7 days once get the coupon.

  Once more than 7 days, VIP user will be not allowed to submit the feedback. And delayed feedback may impact eligibility to apply for future Koogeek products.

• 6.Terms

  Koogeek reserves the right to the final explanation of the VIP Club program.
